I have wanted to be a SEAL since I was 10 and now Im going to get the chance when i join the NAVY next year (Im a junior in Highschool) I already scored good enough on the ASVAB to meet the requirements, but i was wondering, I have the BUD/s warning order (AKA. workout manual) and I was wondering, I am a highschool athlete ( I play football, excel at weightlifting and wrestling) What time should i start the training program to get myself prepared to be ready for the SEAL physical req. test. Thanks.

Mason,
Sounds like you are staying in pretty good shape already.. Be careful NOT to do too much weightlifting.. That could hinder you in the long run.. A reall hard core calesthenic program is will serve you much better.
If you get the SEAl fitness manuel and so as much of that program as you can you should be fine.
