I was wondering on average how much sleep a prespective SEAL get through training and also in the platoons or teams. Under the Navy SEALS button at the top then on to training and platoon it said some where in there that a typical day during the 12-18 month mock up they start at 6 am and stop at 12 to 1 the next morning. I was just wandering because I have to babys and know what it's like to go with only 4 hours or less a night for a sustained amount of time (not just once in a great while) and its dame hard. Please elabotate when you answer besides just a number (I want some of your thoughts about this). Thanks in advance!
