Teams 7, 8, 10 ....9?

Perhaps this isn;t the best question to ask, but why are Teams 7, 8, and 10 lacking the operations descriptions the other teams have on this website. Also, what happend to 9? Or is that another question that is best not asked?

7 & 10 only stood up last year, so since it's post 9/11, don't expect much info. There is no 9.

East Coast: 2, 4, 8, 10 (6 no longer exists and is not discussed on this forum.)
West Coast: 1, 3, 5, 7.

Side comment: Wouldn't it have been poetic if the numbers for new teams had been up to 9 and 11 when they added new teams last year? Just the way it goes, sometimes.

I take it teams 7 & 10 are anti-terrorist due to their post 9-11-01 creation. Also, I just purchased an auto-biographical work by Richard Marcinko, I have read about him in the "Hunters and Shooters.." text as well, is the info in his texts as well as "One perfect op" considered to be close enough to truth?

Teams 7&10 are not anti-terrorist. And though they were commissioned following 9/11 they were in the works before.

Is there still a "Counterterrorism , Anti-Terrorism" SEAL Team since they shut down Team 6? Or are all the SEAL Teams trained in Counterterrorism since its such a global problem now?
