I was just wondering what is a good time to complete a mile in. Last night i had to run for Baseball and they timed it and i finished in 7 minuets and 13 seconds, is this good enough for the PFT or should i work on it and get my time down?

get it down.. you should be able to run 6:30 at the slowest... actually that should be your pace for a 2 or 3 miler.. so keep it up.. do some sprints or something to supplement your workout...

The SEAL PFT is a mile and a half run. To be truely competitive you need to be in the 8 to 9 minute range. Work up to that in tennis shoes and shorts and then work with boots and fatigues.
