Sniper, hand to hand combat, and other schools? SEAL answer please, but open to all to answer

Are those just for SEALS? or can other enlisted members have an opportunity? Im going in as a Master At Arms(Military Police) and if I dont make it through BUDS (if I even get that far which im positive and sure that I will) can i still have the opportunity at those schools? If not its cool but just wanted to know for my own personal knowledge. What other schools are there by the way?

There is no reason for a master at arms to go to sniper school, so that will definitely NOT happen. You will get some hand to hand training, although it will be oriented toward restraint and control, vice offensive stuff. As you said, MAAs are essentially law enforcement for the military, which is inherently defensive in nature.
