Im Leaving for boot camp on 28 OCT 03, and
will be at buds aprox 02 APR 04. I need to
train and prepare for seals training. Is this
a good start?

I'm:

153lbs
8.9% bodyfat
5'5"

So . . .basically what everyone is say is that
to be ready for buds you must concentrate on
endurance and strength? So not too much
weight lifting?

My Work out plan!

Sun - Optional (cardio if i work out)

Mon - Upperbody and Running/Swimming

Tues - All Cardio (bike, hyrdo maching, run,
ab machine, Swim, and step machine)

Wed - Upperbody and Running/Swimming

Thur - All Cardio (bike, hyrdo maching, run,
ab machine, Swim, and step machine)

Fri - Upperbody and Running/Swimming

Sat - All Cardio (bike, hyrdo maching, run,
ab machine, Swim, and step machine)

I do swimming/running every day !
I average about 2-3 hrs a day!

But on Sun, Tues, Thurs, and Sat i do only CArdio.

On Mon, Weds, and Fri do upperbody (bench,
military press, dips, jammer etc.)

Is this a good work-out plan or not?

Please help me!

Im not seeing push ups anywere. And stop using those piece of crap situp machines either do it with your legs at an angle with your hands touching your ears or a situp type bench. Both are alot harder then a machine. When doing the situps with your legs angled use a curl bar with weights to help keep your feet down. How long are your runs and your times. Cause if your a farly new runner you might want to build up slow on that one cause you can get some serious problems with that one. Shin splints suck and stress fractures suck even more.

I do sit-up and some push-ups. I usualy do around 300-400
situps. I usually every day do a 1-2 mile warm up. However
long it takes. I been running for some time now and begining
a run routiune, where i run 3 miles a day and then uping the
miles every week. Something like the Workout plan on
this site.

So thats all you have to say about my workout plan.
Is it too muchor does it sound ok. I have been told
its a little too much.

Also :
Should i have less cardio or more?
Should i have less upper body or more?

Thankz,

Josh
