Hi.I've been working out a lot for a long time,running,swimming,and so on.I want to become a seal really bad.I am 5'11 at 170.and I want to know, what kind of food should I eat everyday for a better performance?how could you prepare for hell week? and what are the maximun weight for a seal? i request all answers.Thanks

Eat a well rounded diet.. so a good workout.. and your weight will naturally fall to where it should be.
