Are there any Vegetarian SEALs out there?

Should i be getting my vitamin B? to better prepare for BUD's?

Im not really a fan of meat, dont kno why.....but is that a bad thing when heading to buds, since vitamin B builds muscle?(prolly is)

As far as vegatarian diet goes for BUDS (Im not a SEAL, but I am a pharmacy student and I do a lot of weight training so I know quite a bit about the importance of proper nutrition), it wouldn't be advisable. But thats consistent with any type of extremely physical activity. Your muscles need the proper fuel and amino acids to help them recover. Vegetarian diets don't provide all the essential amino acids that your muscles need, whereas animal protein does. Also, animal meats provide a decent amount of fat that, considering the amount of physical activity that you will be doing, will be a necessity in helping to provide adequate calories to your diet as well as providing fatty acids which are precursors to steroid hormone and cholesterol synthesis. So its not only your B vitamins you'll be missing. Any help?
