the hardest part

one more thing i noticed on the programs re seals is the traning beginning to end is very demanding. i'm wondering if any individual part is known as the most difficult part of training. is there any part of training that causes the highest failure rate? again thanx in advance for your input....

All Hard - Hell Week is traditionally known as the hardest, but its all hard. Pool Comp is tough too....

YES - FIRST PHASE - ESPECIALLY HELL WEEK. THE LARGEST PERCENTAGE OF DROPS OCCUR IN THE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO HELL WEEK, THEN HELL WEEK ITSELF.
