I usually change up my routine from week to week, but here are a few of the excersises I recommend:

I do these everyday. Its the only way to a firmer stomach.

Leg-outs: Grab a pull-up bar and either bring your knees up, or if you can, bring your legs out to a 90 degree angle, and then lower them slowly. Start out so you can do at least four sets of the same number of reps.

Crunches: I do these in back to back sets. Legs flat on the ground/ feet on the ground/ legs at 90 degree angle/ feet to the sky/ legs at a 90 degree angle/ feet on the ground/ Leg flat on the ground. Start with 20-30 crunches in each of these positions without resting.

Decline situps: on a decline bench, these situps are the best kind to strengthen abs.

Reverse Situps: Hands behind the head, put your feet on the ground and then raise them to your chest, then let them fall back while fighting to keep them from hitting the ground.

Keep in mind that it is nearly impossible to get a 6 pack without a regular cardio routine, as well as a good diet.

For the BUD/S guys I recommend staying with your training with regular situps, flutter kicks, and Leg lifts.

Hope this gives you all at least a few Ideas. Like I said, switch it up from week to week, and keep it up everyday. I know are other exercises that I do, but I'm sorta tired of typing. LOL

Mike-
What exactly would be a good diet? To be honest, my eating habbits are horrible, and I want to change them, but I cant really find a steady diet to follow. The reason being that Iam a very picky eater so its harder for me to stick to a certain diet.

DMANN-
glad to know somebody is on the same boat with me in this situation. veggies arent really the problem with me, its more the meat. Iam not a vegeterian, but it seems the only meat that i'll eat comes from fast food. so I gotta cut down on that crap, and all the junk food, sodas, crap like that.
