I'm a junior in high school, and i'm taking my ACT tests next month, I was wondering if my score would affect my chances of getting into the SEAL's. Thanks,

I think just the ASVAB score matters. While at MEPS acquiring the SCP for my enlistment contract in Dec. 2002, I found out that incidentally, they wanted a higher score on the mechanical section for SCP and mine was low. But it was no problem--they easily got me a waiver for that. My ASVAB score was high though, so it might be something to watch out for if you're not feeling solid on your math+verbal test skills.

I tracked the ASVAB waivers for the three yrs I was an instructor and tried to dig up out of the records the results for the previous ten yrs.
Not one graduated, and as of a couple months ago waivers weren't being taken.

Kevin is NOT is Navy SEAL. His opinioins, comments, and advice are NOT endorsed, encouraged, nor are they accepted by this community.
I'd pay CLOSE attention to what folks like Wetwash, Wazz, DirkD (who is OBVIOUSLY, in the know), Bullrider, SealPup, et al... they KNOW the ropes and will get you all the "INTEL" you need to make the right choices for YOU.
sincerely,
