i have a problem. whenever i do a lot of situps i always wake up the next day with horrible pain in my abs.. whats going on? is that normal?

I am not a SEAL but thats just the pain of muscle building. It happens to me all the time.

No pain No gain right, the problem is that if your not on a regular routine, everytime you do a major workout no matter what body part your working, you will be sore, get yourself in a good program/routine and you will notice that the sorness/pain will start to decrease.

A Hernia occurs when an organ or fatty tissue pushes the inner lining of the abdominal wall (the outer layer of muscle, fat and tissue that extends from the bottom of the ribs to the top of the thighs) through a weak area in the abdominal muscles, causing an outpouching of the abdominal wall. - basically a tear in your stomach muscle.
