Ok i need some advice from a True-Blooded SEAL. My friend and I are entering our last year of Highschool. We are getting together a program to train for BUD/S. We plan to enlist right after highschool and sign the SEAL Challenge Contract and go go go. i need to know what i can do now to prepare besides what the PT Program on SEALChallenge.navy.mil says. thanks a lot, you SEALs are my idols. The only Easy Day Was Yesterday. Hooyah

THE PT PROGRAM IS A GOOD START. OTHER THAN THAT YOU CAN SWIM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND RUN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE...THOSE TWO THINGS - ALONG WITH A HEALTHY DAILY DOSE OF PUSHUPS (AT LEAST 200) AND PULLUPS (AT LEAST 30) WILL GET YOU THERE PHYICALLY. BUT THAT'S THE EASY PART...

ok, whats better...being able too do 200 pushups at once (and stoping) or being able to do 2 or 3 sets (same for pullups)
