I'm a 29 year old male, ex-Navy and I would like any suggestions you can give on the swimming side of training for a triathlon. I'm in good shape, lift 4-5 times a week and run about 30 miles a week including distance runs of 10-12 miles at under 7min/per mile. I want a no bull **** training guide for building up my endurance in the water. I will stick to any kind of training program as long as it works so I'm ready to take whatever you can throw at me.
