I was just wondering what would have to be done for a 29 year old individual to get into BUD/S training? As long as you physically pass the docs test at MEPS would all I need is a real good score on the ASVAB and blow away the Screen Test? Also, have you ever heard of anyone being disqualified over having surgery on a broken bone ( ex. plate and screws?) Thanks for the help.

WELL JEFF, THE AGE CUTOFF IS 28 SO YOU WOULD NEED TO DO MORE THAN BLOW AWAY THE SCREEN TEST. YOU WOULD NEED TO GET AN AGE WAIVER AND THE RECRUITER IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN TELL YOU HOW TO DO THAT. GOOD LUCK - IT CAN BE DONE - THERE WAS A 40 YEAR OLD WHO WENT THROUGH CLASS 172 AND MADE IT. Mark (Bud/s 170, ST-3, SDVT-1, NRST-1)
