hey,
its matt again. for u seals. They show BUD/Hell week on discovery channel. but how much does it take out that we really dont see? To me they show it as not that hard but from the name its got to be hell. i guess my question is what do they leave out, is it like PT 24/7????

I am not a SEAL, but here is my take on it, which means nothing by the way. I think the documentary on it leaves out stuff that the public would view as "too" extreme. I mean I watched it as well, and I didn't see the sugar cookie treatment or anything like that. So my take is that they set out to show that it is difficult, but are far shy of showing how much physical and mental torment it truly is (obviously). As far as the PT thing goes, I can only assume it is pretty constant.
My question would be what do they leave in that they did show? No I have not watched it, but it goes on from Sunday night - friday evening. constantly! They show cant possibly fit everything in. The producers & editors probably just made their own decisions on what they felt should be aired... but trust me, if you ever experience it will be like nothing you have ever seen or experienced before - on the discovery channel or anywhere!
