BUDs documentary on the dicovery channel

Is there a video for hell week in the BUDs documentary on the discovery channel? Are there videos for the land warfare phase and the diving phase?

If you go to http://www.discovery.com/ and then go to the store you could buy all three (hell week, 2nd phase, and 3rd phase). They are pretty good, but they obviously don't show everything. Hope that helps.

There are 6 videos total in the set Videos 1 - 3 are all first phase, video number 4 is on Hell week, video 5 is on phase 2, dive phase and the 6th video is on phase 3, including some clips at San Clemente and ends with class 234 graduating. Good series if your really interested in seeing some of what goes on at Buds.

Hey Guys,
I was wondering, I saw the documentary on teh disc. channel and saw all the guys bulky with muscles.
So, Do they lift weights or the push up , pull ups , etc. make them look like that?

Well yeah somewhat, but a lot of them probably lifted weights a lot before they decided to go to BUD/s. Keep in mind, you can look as big and bad as you want, but being big and muscular wont help you that much in BUD/s. I read something on BUD/s a few weeks ago that said most of the people that complete BUD/s are in the 170 to 190 pound range with an average height of about 5'11" - 6'0". Now im not sure how much truth there is in that but the less weight you have to carry around the easier it will be for you. Not saying that its easy at all but you get the point.
