SEAL team four

I am 15 years old, and my friend and I are very serious about becoming navy SEALs. We would both like to be in SEAL team four. My friend is Puerto Rican and I am going to to spend one year in Brazil as an exchange student. Will this help us get into SEAL team four, or will they assign us randomly?

I am not a SEAL, but I will tell you this much. You are 15, you have a long long time before you truly know what you are going to do. However, who am I to say you don't want to be a SEAL? The answer: noone. My advice is don't worry about what team you want to be in, I believe most team assignments can be requested but it all goes to what they have open at the time. Set your mind to becoming one, take it challenge at a time, and with luck you might have what it takes.

To my knowledge....SEAL Team Four is no longer restricted to operating the SA region.

HI, I'm not mike, or in active duty.
I DO have some info about SEAL team 4 tho'. I can't remember where it's from, it MIGHT be from this sight, so perhaps you've already read it.

SEAL Team FOUR is based at Little Creek, VA. It's geographic area of concentration is Central and South America. SEAL Team FOUR deploys platoons to Naval Special Warfare Unit EIGHT in Panama, aboard Amphibious Ships deployed to Second Fleet, and in support of the annual UNITAS cruise, and conducts DFTs throughout the Central and South American theater. It is the only SEAL Team with a
viable standing language capability, Spanish.

Hey, just wanted to clear things up for you. If you speak Spanish you are an asset to any of the east coast teams. ST4 is not entirely deployed to South America anymore. Good Luck.
