Just wondering if SEALs train in forward and back rolls, flick flacks and other flips?
I have 7kyu in bujinkan budo taijutsu and we train alot in that, and i saw a program with spetsnaz that used those tecniques..... Doug; you train bujinkan right? could you share some light?

Of course thay do cause you never no when you will need to do front flips to evade fire. personally i think cart wheels are better it confuses the enemy. Just kidding i really dont know but a SEAL i work out with quite often started doing them one day then he told me to and i was like what the hell for haha wrong question now i just do what he tells me to when it comes to working out.

wouldn't cartwheels be dangerous...I mean your torso doesn't really move, giving the enemy time to shoot you down...lol

havent you seen the matrix?
your suppose to do a 1-handed cartwheel and shoot them with the other hand (that is holding the gun you picked up while doing a cartwheel...)

Combat round off! Try that with a 85 pound ruck and fully loaded web gear...not pretty!

Shocker:
I have no idea 'bout the SEALs, but I saw on Discovery that a japanease SF group were doing that sort of things in their daily PT. I've also been told that chinese SF do Kung-fu as the hand-to.hand combat exercise,
