Swam for 30 minutes instead of the PM workout. Nice having free access to a pool, but the rec sucks for my times.

i did a 18 mile ruck run/hump on friday the 22nd. id been having some lingering knee pain, so i waited until today(29th) to do a full wod.

more for completion, because on SDHPs and Box jumps i was being very careful(ie- SLOW!!!)

~30 mins

i just did wednesday's wod also. i am ridiculously slow but i did it nonetheless. 41minutes and scaled down the push press to 40lbs (two 20lb dumbbells) and the SDHP to a 30lb dumbbell.

Turtlemasonry-
Don't worry about it, I'm in your boat at the moment. 39:20, though as rx'd, and my heart-rate was constantly in the 160 range. I have no clue how these guys whip out sub-20 minute times. I figure as long as I push through it week after week, I'll get there.

How long have some of you faster guys been doing NS.com crossfit?

Whattup guys!

I apologize I haven't been around in a number of weeks. First off work got nuts. We've got 4 weeks of testing in VA blocked off, and that ends this coming week. I went on vacation and caught a pretty violent stomach bug. Actually got put on an IV one particularly bad night. I did a couple runs when I was sick but it wasn't pleasant and let's just say there were 2 close calls. Finally I see the light at the end of the tunnel and am starting to feel healthy again so after this week of testing I should be able to get consistent again.

Really nice numbers from you guys. I was able to do this WOD today. As Rx'd 24:22.

Keep it up
