The Knees to Elbows and the second Mile did me in. I hit this one in 25:43.

As rx'd in 17:40

My legs are painfully sore from that run/squat workout yesterday so I was a bit slower than I'd like. Mile runs were 6:35 and 7:09 respectively.

Miles were 6:58 each. Lost a lot of time on the knee to elbows.

My legs were killing me from the squats yesterday. The knee to elbow was no joke. I could only do 3 sets of 15. Did 2-10 minute miles. The workout took me about 40 minutes.

As Rx'ed mostly, scaled weight and used dumbells (no barbells at the kickboxing gym):

Run 1 mile
21-15-9
Deadlift (50lb dumbell)
Knees to Elbows
Run 1 mile

Time: 26:43

35:53, ugh. Subbed two 50lb dumbbells for the deadlift since I don't have a bar available.

Did these yesterday:

PST in the morning

Swim: 8:18 (improved from 9:40 last week)
Pushups: 75 (went down from 85 last week)
Situps: 75 (went down from 81 last week)
Pullups: 13 (improved from 12 last week)
Run: 9:30 (improved from 9:39 last week)

For the WOD I did the weights as Rx'd but did my Continuous High Intensity intervals instead of the miles.

So the WOD was as follows:

CHI run for 20 minutes: 2.82 miles
had a conversation with someone that led to a 30 minute break
21-15-9 of deadlifts and knees to elbows ~8-10 minutes
CHI run for 20 minutes: 2.77 miles
