Absolutely dragged a## this morning!! Had nothing in my legs and the squats took forever.

3 Full rounds after tennis practice. Was a little tired after being on court for a few hours but I think the extra .1 of a mile around the block cost me some rounds today.

No WOD for me today. I felt like running a 5k today. Time: 20:17 a new PR. wohoo!

I signed up for the Nike+ Human Race 10k this Sunday. It will be my first official race, I'm pretty jacked about it.

I am pretty new to crossfit and trying to do it on a 210' cutter is a little difficult but I try!
Did 4 rds + 50 squats + aprox. 320 meters.
Not quite sure on the distances as I am running in circles around a 30' x 50' flight deck :)
