AM workout as rx'd to 185 in 9:58. After that I did the last three sets with 155 for 5-7-7 reps.
PM workout as rx'd in 7:08. The pullups took me at least 4 minutes. It wsa pretty sad.

only got to 135 before i had to leave, but ive got something BIG planned for tomorrow(scs style!) so its probably good i tapered down a bit today.

m/19/5'8"/150#

Didn't do the workout but I did Front squats 5x5
Loads: 177#, 188#, 199#, 210# (fail 4th), 199#

9 days without rest....gotta take tomorrow off.

I started my night workout with a 2000 meter swim (no fins).
Time: ~41 minutes

I Did workout as Rx'd until the last set; I failed on rep 3 at 245#. Finished with a set of ten at 135#s. I didn't keep time for this workout because I wanted to concentrate on form.
