I met pukie! Got half way through and..... What killed me was the box jumps. Until then i was averaging about 20 reps.

i like tabata as a workout method.
no way to keep track of reps, and my memory aint so great, so i just tried to beat my last rep count each time.

Feeling tired today, running on only a bit of sleep.
I lost count so I just pushed it as hard as I could each round.

Morning: 10x100 M CSS Swims for time:
Fastest, 2:00
Slowest, 2:06
Afternoon: No bumper plates or boxes and they kicked me out before I was done with pullups (closed at ~10:00). Did a max set of deadhang pullups in the hallway.
PP: 89
Squat Jumps: 132
Pushups: 84
SDHP: 55
Max Pullups: 20
Evening: 100 Situps (USC standard), 100 Flutterkicks, 100 Leg Levers
Took two pauses in the flutterkicks. Sat on my watch and lost the time, but it was less than 10 minutes.

Only got to 6 rounds before I realized I had two a days in an hour so I called it quits. Here's what I got before I left.
Push Press- 80
Box Jumps- 118
Pushups- 134
Deadlift Highpull- 73
Pullups- 50

Box Jumps= did not do because of shin rehab
