1400: 4 Rounds- 50 Squats/800 Meters: 8:12
It's so great having a real track... I just wanted to thank you, Rob, Mark, and everyone at US Crossfit for a great experience. My deadhang pullups need some work to be where I need, but my run time's down to 5:32/mile (faster than my high school CC times), and my situps and pushups are both worlds better. I intend to keep up with the programming here as well as the facilities here at the Academy will allow- it's been great.
