With 50lbs dumbbell - 100 reps

Started out way too slow, thinking I could barely do them. Turns out they aren't as hard as I expected, so start out strong!

Well today is a travel day on my way to the island of Vieques, let's hope the tropical depression doesn't freak my bride out to the point of turning around.

This AM I worked out before i got the email.

So 4.38 miles ran moderate pace.

Did the main WOD late with a 50 lb dumbell.
I got 120.

Funny noises in my left shoulder. That's a new one.

Oh well, ain't aging grand.
:D

tomny and zpavesich,

Where do you find to do the 400m runs? Is it a difference Crossfit program you are doing along with this one, or am I missing something on the site?

Thanks!

WOD with 50lb dumbell = 195 reps

Should have gotten over 200, but was not pushing myself the final couple of minutes.

Those workouts are from the SEAL Fit program. It's a great program that goes along with the WOD's. I guess we shouldn't be posting times from those workouts though, being that you have to subscribe to the program. It's well worth it though. Check it out.
