Hi everybody,
My name is Limbioul Emmanuel and i 'm member of o local swat team in Belgium.
I'm very interested by crossfit and have already tried it with my teammates.
My question is maybe a bit "naive", but before starting any fitness programs i always do 20 min of running, or something else and i don't find any track of warming up in your programs.
So my question.
