Yeah but it was just an invitation-only challenge undertaken by those deemed ready for it. By the end of our four-month project 17 people had done the workout

Is there something called the short list or Seal Team Short List, which is a series of exercises, bends and thrusts, mountain climbers, side staddle hops, hello dollies etc?

I don't think this was actually the "300" workout from the movie (that one included winsheild wipers on the floor with 135# bar). This one is better. I did notice that you switched out box jumps for squats (it was box jumps in January).
Either way, I did it in 17:07

“300”
25x Pull-up +
50x Deadlift @ 135# +
50x Push-up +
50x Box Jump @ 24” box +
50x Floor Wiper @ 135# (one-count) +
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36# (KB must touch floor between reps) +
25x Pull-up
300 reps total

As rx'd 25:48. After that I swam 500 yard CSS and 2x50 yard freestyle sprint and 2x25 yard underwater swim.

Swam 4200 yds for my evening workout. Noticed how yesterdays workout made my neck and lower back feel better.

Ran 5K before this in 19:11 - a new PR by well over a minute. Really pumped about that one.

Whew...felt like a grandpa today but got the reps in.
WOD scaled down (did 115 for deadlift, 40 for DB swings, and did box jumps instead of squats)
Time: around 17 mins...bleh

Felt a bit sluggish yesterday.
Time: under 18 minutes (KTEs took about 6-7 minutes).
