As Rx'd: 11:20
After half mile run @ 7:30/mile pace.

Changing the weights took up some time and I had a few short breathers in between. 135 felt like a tonne by the end.

As rx'd 25:58. The last set at 135lbs took me like 8 minutes. The last rep itself took at least 4 min to complete. I kept getting it halfway up above my head.

I am somewhat just starting on the Crossfit workouts so i could not do as Rx'd but as 75-95-115 (26:38).
I have been working on the CrossFit main site with some swimming thrown in but I am not getting enough aerobic. While my strength is going up and i am making it through the workouts, my weight just is just not moving (46 yo/ 5'10"/ 218# E9 US Marines). I know diet but sorry, I am not going to stop drinking beer!
I stumbled onto the write-up about the difference between Crossfit main WOD and the NavySeal WOD. Thought I would try and keep up with you guys and see how I do.
Thanks for all of your time and effort.

I don't know what is wrong this week,

I went to do CJ and ended up doing push presses instead.

I never did the burpees, I ended up getting sidetracked with my son who want to go for a run/walk

As RX'd 12:09. Legs were a little tired from this mornings CrossFit Endurance run. Clock stopped during changing of weights ONLY. All rests were done "on the clock"

Shins are still bothering me so I couldn't do the CJs.

Instead:

30 16kg kettlebell snatches each arm
20 20kg KB snatches
10 24kg KB snatches

120 total snatches

Time as Rx'd: ~15 mins: I focussed more on form than speed since I don't have much experience with clean jerks.

(For the clean I squated down to bellow parallel. My wrist was hurting and grip felt weak today; so, I had to break up the last two weights into sets of five. Everything else felt solid.)

Then went for a 10k run. Time: 47:43
