Well congrats to you as well! Yeah, it is a blessing. I am still trying to wrap my mind around having 3 kids. It is rather frightening! BUT, you know what they say..Life is happening while you're making plans! lol
I'm taking SEALwife's advice and carrying around a big eraser. LOL

When do you go to EOD Paul? Will interfere with your orders or are you going to miss it? My Son in Law missed his first one, he was in the Sandbox last year. But, this last grandbaby of ours he was home for the birth.

Just wanted to let you know that it is much easier to go from 2 to 3 kids than it was to go from 1 to 2. The older ones keep each other entertained, and most things such as the dimes up the nose, or skinned knees, and colds are much less traumatic. My personal favorite was when my oldest got his head stuck in one of those tourist things that you put your face in to take a picture. They are made out of wood and have a picture on the front like you caught a huge fish, things like that. Well being that he has had a huge head he stuck his whole head in and couldn't get it back out. He freaked out and drew quite a large crowd as there were a group of Chinese tourist at the park. I was 8mths pregnant with our third child and almost had an accident I was laughing so hard, I left my hubby to deal with the situation and took the middle one with me to the ladies room. We went back a few years later and I said just for laughs lets take all the kids pics in the display thingy, my son reluctantly agreed but kept his face and head a good 1/2 a foot away from the opening. :)

Thanks sniperp! Congrats on your first! My husband LOVES being a daddy. He missed our first as well. No worries though.. they bonded immediately. Are you having a boy or a little girl? I have 2 boys and they are so fun! Handfulls, but fun!
Well, I hope you make it to her in time, there is also nothing like watching the birth of your child.

OMG. I got a mental picture and all with that one! Too funny! Well, thanks for the optimism.. I am a little nervous. Going from 1 to 2 was tough. I was going on very little sleep most days. They are 3 1/2 years apart. So, I have a 5 year old and my youngest will be 2 at the end of August. This should be FUN! No, really. After a while you just have to laugh.... speaking of which.. my oldest just screamed from the bathtub..."Mommy, I just farted and it made BUBBLES!!" LOL.

I was in Coronado this past June with the Frogwife and the Seal pups in tow...we met up with her in-laws, including brother-in-law and his triplet daughters who are 4 years old! It was so amazing to see those three work together, then to throw in two others very close to the same age!!! HOLY MOLY!!! Crazy.........

Congrats sealdad104 on the impending lil bundle of joy! Yes, hopefully he'll be home for this birth. My brother in law "R" missed the birth of his daughter due to OCS. She was one month old before he got to physically see her. Now, she is a cruisin' bruisin machine!!

Congrats Autumn! What's one more, right? ha ha!
It is SEAL tradition to miss births or first birthdays. They all seem to do it. My son made his first one's birth, and will make the second one's. Missed the first one's first B-day, and will miss the second one's first B-day. It's the way it works out I guess.
