View Full Version : What is your warm-up for the WOD?

I do the official Crossfit warm-up (http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/faq.html#General7) doing 10 reps of each. If the workout is very pull-up or dip intensive I do 5 reps of that exercise.

What about the rest of you?

(Note for the poll, you can select multiple choices. If you bike / row, just throw that under "Run / Jog.")

It really depends on the day. Usually I skip, jog or bike followed by light weights of some sort. There are days where I just say screw it and go right into the WOD.:)

Thats the first time i've seen the crossfit warmup, I may try it tommorow and see how it goes. Thanks for the link deck.

For Crossfit WOD, I'll usually jump rope for 5:00-10:00 mins, with a couple minutes of double unders, followed by 5-10 mins of stretching.
