This is a load of crap. I'll believe it when I see it on video with witnesses.
Those are world-class numbers. If you are world class, why don't you have a squat rack and why do you need to work on form?
You sure you didn't add all the lifts together? You're only supposed to add the highest of each lift together.

Overhead Press- 95 lbs
Back Squat- 225 lbs
Deadlift- 260 lbs
First time I've ever maxed out on anything. Seeing you guys numbers lets me know I need to work on my strength.

unfortunately i'd have to agree. the strongest of division one football players cannot clean 450 pounds and then press it over their head. 690 pound deadlift is feasible but only at a world class level as stated before

unfortunately id have to agree. most of the strongest men in the world cannot clean 450 pounds and then proceed to press it over their head. meanwhile a 690 pound deadlift is feasible, but as stated before, only at a world class level

I could have kept going on the deadlfit but I was losing good form so I stopped. It was a big improvement from the last time I did deadlift.

Still good numbers though, you should try to run/walk as much as possible when it calls for it. You won't progress unless you do the coordinated work out prescribed.

where can the PM and AM workouts be seen? ther's another workout besides the WOD?
and cft -
Took my first shot at the crossfit total
Shoulder Press - 60 kilos (132 lbs), 70 kilos (154 lbs) - Failure, 65 kilos (143 lbs) - success but with a bit of a push.
Back Squat - 65 kilos (143 lbs), 80 kilos (176 lbs), 90 kilos (200 lbs).
-probably could make it with a higher weight as well, but exceeded the 3 reps limit so, i'll leave it to the next CFT.
DeadLift - 90 kilos (200 lbs), 110 kilos (242 lbs), 130 kilos (286 lbs), went for a 4th rep with 140 kilos (310 lbs) but felt I was arching my back in a bad form so I gave up on it.
CFT = 143 + 200 +286 = 629
Overall, pleased, hoping to improve.

If I were the first person responding to this? I probably would have made the same mistake as jakechaps. The first time I read it through I thought the same thing he did.
I cried through every math class I took. I got the big picture, but silly mistakes always killed me. My point is this: nobody is perfect, right? :)

The only thing is that I had surgey on my shins almost a month ago. I can't even think about running for another week. Doc doesn't want me to run or do any plyometrics until I see him again. I'm doing the rows against his advice because I need to do some type of cardio.

Okay...I see you're new....just thought you were trying to pull some fake scores over on us...some that were just too good to be true. No hard feelings, keep doing the Crossfit!
