Number of Rounds: 15
Notes: Nice one! Workout partner and I were both gassed at the end. Followed WO with 150 pullups:
5 x 2,4,6,8,10: Standard grip, reverse, close, wide, and Mt. Climbers.

Wow. First time I have done any physical type training since September other than physical therapy for my knee. It kicked my a**.
I could only do 13 rounds.

theres no way that if this was the 1st time uve done any physical activity in a year that you got 13 rounds in 20 minutes. dude. dont kid urself.

My efforts at becoming a sadist are yielding results... Rord, I may give you run for your money someday. :)
Max rounds in 20 mins of:
5 KTE
10 Pullups
15 Ring Pushups
20 Squats
11 rounds of total self mutilation. I was dumping buckets and heaving in the bright sunshine outside today. Thank god for the slight breeze.

0600 WOD
10 KB swings at 40 lb
5 burpees
5 sumo deadlift high pulls at 65 lb
I got 16 rounds in. Pretty happy about that considering it was my first time doing it. I thought the workout was fun.
1630 Swim
500 meters 10:14
250 meters 5:05
125 meters 2:24
I'm happy that I got less than half my previous time each round. I felt good in the water.

Jakechaps: don't worry about it, keep it up and you'll see improvement. I'm just starting too, two or three weeks now, and I think I'm already performing better.

Morally opposed to SDHP's so I did
5x5 back squat then
20 minutes of:
10 KB swings 53#
5 burpee pullups
got 14 rounds.

4 mile timed run: 28:28 (PR)
I then proceeded with the WOD as Rx'd: 13 rounds. (I think I did 14, but since I lost track during the workout I have to stick with the smaller number. Either way, by the end of the workout I was done.)

WOD as Rx'd
20 rounds and 10 KB, 5 burpees & 1 SDHP when the timer went off. I was pretty pissed off that I didn't get 21 rounds.
Also, did the 500 yard swim; Time=12:00 min.
250 yard swim; Time=5:30 min.

I'm a 40 year old former college athlete. A shell of my former self but man these were awesome...only got 5 rounds though. I'm making my way back to health.
