Combat Missions reality show

Just finished watching the shows that are uploaded in Youtube. This may be a very stupid question, but are the Navy Seals in the show good representatives of the cream of cop? I understand that it's just a game and they(the team) never got to work together b4. But some of their operational decision making were very disappointing. For some reasons, the guys in the law enforcement sector do better than the military sfs even in battlefield operations.

Just in case, I'm not trying to start **** or anything here. As a foreigner, I think the Navy Seals are the best SF unit but it shocks me to see them making some mistakes in some of those operations.

It's a reality show, what do you expect? Personally most reality shows are staged just so they get good TV ratings.
