As Rx'd:

Time: 20:00 mins

*Notes: Everything in my gym is spread out, so I lost time in transitions.

400 m at 5 min/mi
1600 m at 6:30 min/mi
400 m at 5 min/mi

Puked at the end, but still had a little nrg left, so finished with bench press, incline dumbell press, and dips.

A not so great time of 27:39

was doing good until the mile which i then cranked out a pathetic 9 min mile...brought me down the rest of the workout

on the other hand i actually did the weight as Rx'd! so im proud of that

i also did the weights as rx'd, a first for me, though there were certainly some breaks in there, esp on the pull ups, so the time was not a consideration for me. i also struggled on the mile, even had to walk for about a hundred yards (made the mistake of thinking ahead). but like jalbers2, i'm getting there. i did this at the playground near my house so as to have access to a pullup bar. the only place there for me to do the box jumps was onto a picnic table, so i felt good about being able to do that. first time i've kettled with the 1 1/2 pood too. little victories.

As rx'd in 25:44. Not a great time but this is only the second week of crossfit training. Soon I'll be able to keep up with you guys.

Used 95# for thrusters, otherwise as rx'd.

Pullups: Chest-to-the-bar
Thrusters: Below parallel to full lockout behind the ear

You guys did very well.

I don't know if the workouts this week have taken it out of me or whether I am suffering some effect from doing the workouts as AM and PM.

30:00 as rx'd and let me tell you I looked at he watch at the end like this:eek:

I did the PM for yesterdays this AM and it took a while as well.

Maybe I'll claim small victory for doing the complete AM and PM sets just East Coast standard.

PM done8/2 AM 18:10 sheese those last 250 killed me.
