Haha, at long last I went to my post op appointment yesterday following my hand surgery and I've been cleared for all physical activity and am at near 100% recovery (still a little stiffness in the incision area due to scar tissue but that will go away over time). Anyways, I look forward to jumping head first back into the game. I'll be a grandpa for awhile but oh well....haha

This time I'm planning on experimenting a little with Crossfit endurance (cause I've heard such good things) and working with my personal trainer from last summer (now the owner of Crossfit Nashville). I'm sure these WODs will still be incorporated. I'm glad to see how much this forum has grown and always glad to see some OG's like myself still posting lol!

Welcome back. Rehab from surgery is never fun and I'm glad you feel ready to face "the challenge" again. Congrats! :)

Hmmm. Hello,

Rehab- I understand having to rehab, I've done it several times.
OG- Well while you were rehabbing I stepped in and took that moniker.

:D
