Been uber-busy.

Ran around like a chicken with my head cut off on Sunday and managed to fit in 100 pushups in 2.40. Disappointed with the number.

Wanted to do Murph on Monday. Two fat moo-cows wer hogging the treadmills so I did 20 min of 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 squats [thought I was doing Cindy on Roids again but thats 15-30-45]
Fit in 7 rounds +5 pullups

Then did Bas Rutten Box workout with 18 ounce gloves.

Tuesday I went to jiu-jitsu [weak as hell for some reason, got torn apart]. Stayed after for 2 3 minute rounds on the Thai Pads and did 2 5 minute rounds on the punching bag.

Later that evening I did JT with regular dips = 9.15.

50 dead hang pullups
6:30 min mi.
155 pushups
6:30 min mi.
140 situps
6:30 min mi.
175 squats
6:30 min mi.

*Notes: Situps were with hands across the chest, feet flat on the ground, feet were not anchored.

I know this is not the true workout of the day but my body told me to stop running at the 1/2 mile. I thought I could suck it up and run the other miles but after only a 1/4 mile that was it. So I got on my resistance bike and rode for the times listed at a medium-high intensity with about 50% resistance. I promise to pick it up tomorrow guys!

Mile 1 - 7:34
pushups - ~100 kinda lost count
Mile 2 - 7:28
situps - 120
Mile 3 - 6:53
squats - 102
Mile 4 - 7:01

didn't do pullups because i don't have a bar at my house and didn't want to go to the gym just for a pullup bar and then have to run on a treadmill.

103 degrees, who knows what the heat index was...not used to working out in such heat, really drains you.

Hello all,

Rob sure is kicking my *** this week.

the workout as rx'd done. I didn't keep up with the mile splits.

52 pull ups they were ugly after the first 20 seconds
112 push ups
143 situps
128 air squats

I hate burpees so i have put those off until later. done in AM 7/31 I ws sore from last night. 12:05 for 100.

38 Ring Pull ups ( I found a set at the indoor track,so i figured why not:D)

118 push-ups
Mile 2 - 7:28
143 sit-ups

Didn't keep totals; instead, I just kept track of my minimums:

Pullups: 6
Mile 1: 6:40
Pushups: 14
Mile 2: 6:40
Situps: 15
Mile 3: 6:54
Squats: 19
Mile 4: 6:52
