WOD as Rx'd. Time=26:15

Wow! That was a tough workout. I seriously considered stopping after round 3, but kept pushing and finally got through it.

First WOD I have done from this site. Did a few weeks worth from crossfit.com. So either way I am new to this level of training. This was a brutal workout. But I loved every minute of it.

looking at some of the other times I pretty much got destroyed by you guys, but hey it wouldn't be crossfit if it was easy. I'll push harder next time.

Still not putting weight on foot yet, seeing doc later this week to hopefully get the green light to start using the foot more. Until then, I came up with this fun WOD, kinda like 300 but low leg impact...

25 Pull-ups
50 Squats
50 KTE
100 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
25 Pull-ups

Time: 14:56

The sit-ups after the KTE sucked immensely, especially since they were on this decline thingy next to the pull-up bar at the park. Squats were sooo painful as my legs still haven't fully recovered from this weekend's beatdown.

Well done Rob,

That was a tough work out for this hombre. as Rx'd 48:57 I don't think I was going slow, I just couldn't go any faster.

Am 3 miles run.

I'll try to get the kids do the ab work out with me tonight.

I've been following the WOD's for about a year now, so I suppose today is as good a day as any to make my first post.

Had to scale the weights big time for this one.

Deadlift -135, pushpress - 60, kettlebells - 40lb dumbell

5 rounds - 29:07

Scaled the dead-lifts to 185 simply because 225 is just about my one-rep-max. I've only just built enough muscle to do body weight WODs with a respectable time, and I've got a ways to go on these heavy lifts. Got a runner's high just toward the end and felt completely awesome. It's the first time I've had that high other than when I used to run a lot. Pushed somewhat hard to get under an hour.

Been really busy lately, so hopefully I'll be able to get back into my old workout routine soon. Did this last night.

Thought the Presses were 65#s instead of 95#s; otherwise done as Rx'd.

~20 minutes

Then ran four miles (worst run in a long time 32:00 wanted to stop really bad after 1.5 miles, but kept going).
