31 minutes...had to drop to 50lbs halfway, finished the last 10 with 60 (no -5 lb barbells).
This was hard. Harder than I imagined...good thing I don't have anywhere to walk tonight.

First Navyseals.com Wod, but Ive been x-fitting for abount 6 months. 25:52 (used a #60 sandbag for the OHS)
Not a good day today for me. OHS are the first on the list of things I suck at. However, they are getting better.

Overhead squats are my worst area.

One of the trainers at my gym stopped me halfway through my squats to inform me that due to "new regulations" no exercises involving a barbell were allowed outside their cage, which has bars overhead which prevent any overhead exercises. I was very taken aback and tried to reason with the trainer, but she was adamant and I was getting a little angry, so I just dropped it and ran a fast mile on the treadmill to let off some steam. Seriously, no barbell exercises outside the cage? How unproductive and useless is that?
So long story short, I don't have a time because my gym is ridiculous. However, I got to the 40 squats point at about 16 minutes.

Gym's are getting freaked out by CrossFitters in my experience.
In the last two months I have been "stopped" for doing:
-OH Squats
-Farmer-carry up and down stairs
-HS Push ups
-working out in my flip-flops (Arnold wore 'em. Pavel likes 'em, too :-)

Did this last night.
Time: ~20 mins then did some various exercises. (My runs felt really good; 1st was 6:03 and the second was 6:52).
Feeling nauseous and sick today; so I might take the night off and rest.
