Squats: 21 22 22 23 22 22 22 22 = 176
Pushups: 30 30 27 20 16 16 15 16 = 170
Pullups: 15 12 10 10 5 6 6 5 = 69
Press: 15 15 15 12 10 12 12 12 = 103
DL: 12 12 12 12 12 12 12 12 = 96

Total = 614

Did all this outside, and lugged the barbell and weights with me. Did this in my boot/brace and I took it easy on the Press and DL to avoid leaning fwd putting weight on the balls of my feet. My quads, back and chest were ultra sore from yesterday.

Didn't keep track of total reps, just minimums:

Squats (bottom to bottom): 15
Pushups: 10
Pullups: 5
Press: 13
Deadlift: 11

Then did some extra stuff and a 1.5 mile run (9:21).
