I didn't get this one in the email today. Sometimes that happens though. I saw this and immediately grinned. It looks fun, probably will kill me.
I'll hit it when I get off work.

As rx'd in 46:38

I was wiped out from the 10K PR and the deadlifts from yesterday but this one was too tempting to pass up. As a result the runs were really bad: 7:22, 8:13, 8:25.

By the way Rord I loved this one...keep 'em coming!

really sucking wind today, and took it down a notch on the thrusters, shoulders still not 100%.

between round 2 and 3 i was sidetracked for ~10 minutes in a heated argument about treadmill usage, lol.

time(with "break")- 1:06:55

i think id like this one a whole lot more if i hadnt had to do the runs on a treadmill.

Rob:

Thanks for the workout, some mods that I did to add a little difficulty to the workout was as follows.
1. Burpees - clap with hands over the heads exposing the ears from the side.
2. Thrusters - arms locked out over head exposing the ears from the side.
3. Pullup - every rep i touched my chest to the bar, anything less didn't count (this added significant time)
4. Runs included a hill rep.

Greetings fellas! Hope ya haven't missed me too much. I got to do my first "leg" workout since my stress fracture four weeks ago. No running still, or anything else exotic, but I hit it hard today while wearing my boot/brace, and all done outdoors...

22 rounds + 5 pull-ups
Push-ups were balanced on left foot, all squats were entirely on both heels with toes off ground entirely. Well off my PR of 27+ rounds, but wasted time setting up for push-ups and finding even ground for squats. Followed immediately by...

Nearly tore off a callous, and created a nice blister in the palm of my hand... yum.

Then got in some swimming, about 250m, then surfing, just body surfing as I don't want to chance standing. In hindsight a dumb idea as surf passage was tough on one leg and a heel. Then decided to top the day off with...

Man, those last MUs are a mother! I took my time as I didn't want any awkward landings that could reinjure my foot. Ripped up both wrists on the rings. And now...

BBQ! Man am I hungry, feels great to be getting back into it. Hooyah!

Hi GMT

I'm heading out this AM to do todays,

OK my first impression is this. I love it you are all over the work outs.

My second impression is to say hey whoa Cochise, throttle back a bit, you already got a stress fracture, you're also pretty bright. Do you see a pattern here?

Go ahead and flame me for being a fuddy duddy who can't remember what it's like to have the burning need for physical activity.

:D

This one was tough each exercise by itself for three rounds was a workout. The first round wasn’t too bad but by the third round that 3rd mile was brutal. Nice job putting this one together.

I didn't have a chance to do this one on Friday. I'm gonna hit this one up before work tomorrow. By the times and the comments on here it looks like its gonna be a killer.

Did the WOD, but did the PT first and ran all 3 miles following the burpees, thrusters and pull-ups due to where I worked out.

Did this on Friday; but, this is my first chance to post. I was dog tired and the runs felt really slow. Had to substitude 70#s for the thrusters since I couldn't find a 65# bar.
