Was able to do all reps up to 210 lbs in 16 minutes. This was my first time lifting heavy so I'm happy with 210. That gives me a good starting place for my lifts.

Hello all,
I did this one but since Joe has left to do a tri i didn't have anyone to say what weight was what.
so deadlifts x 10 as rx'd
dead lifts x 5 stopped at 245 that was more than I have ever done.
1,1,1 for me was 255.
Low for some of you but good for me.
250 situps 7:58
as rx'd
max: 210 (working out of my garage and ran out of weights)

As rx'd minus the single rep sets.
Got up to 205, and began to lose grip to the bar would fall, so I stopped. Someone in the gym mentioned if I was losing my group I should try doing them with one hand facing in and one facing out. Is that good to do? I sort of feel like the bar would pivot between my hands...

First ran 10K in 43:03 - a new PR by almost a minute from last year. Sub 7:00 mile splits.
Then did the WOD as rx'd. My weight set ends at 287#, so I did 1-1-1 of 287# though I could probably manage at least 320#. Those sets of 10 were harder than they looked.
Then 250 situps in 6:45
m/19/5'10/152
as rx'd
max- 355
Pipeline that's a great DL you got going there for your size....nice work man...good luck with the shoulder

Yes, do a mixed grip. Anything above 225# or so I have to use the mixed grip. You might also try the hook grip which is what Oly lifters use but I can't get used to that yet...feels real strange.

Did all weights as Rx'd up to 245 lbs. Then could only manage 275 x 3.
Did not do the 1-1-1.
Did the 250 sit-ups in 6:34.

Started with 1.5 mile run: 9:19 (PR)
Did 5 sets of 20 (unbroken) reps instead of 10 sets of 10 reps for the weight up to 155#; in between each round I ran 400 meters. Then did the weight up to 275 as Rx'd w/400 runs in between. Ended with the 1-1-1 (315, 335, 355). My back and legs were screaming this morning. Now I'm of to do today's workout; its been a long day, so I hope it goes okay...
