The Warning Order and Crossfit/Workout of the Day are different programs. You can't do both at the same time.

Please schedule a rest day or two based on how you feel into your schedule.
Some people periodize it to 3 weeks of 5 days per week 1 week of 7 days per week.

Yes, it's called overtraining.
Seriously, do not do workouts every day of the week. Take at LEAST one day off per week, 2 is preferable, 3-4 if you are training really hard and need lots of recovery time. Every program has its own schedule, and you should follow it if you want to get the results purported from said program.

I am not sure what you by "adjoint", but maybe it's one of these responses will help.
1) If you don't have a kettlebell, use a dumbbell.
2) If you don't have a 52 lbs kettlebell/dumbbell, use a 50lbs dumbbell or similar weight.
3) If you can't do a kettlebell swing with 52lbs, use a lower weight.
As for form and how to perform the exercise, you can check out the Crossfit exercises page here: http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html#Exer. For kettlebell swings, you can start here: http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFit_KBSwings.wmv.
Hope that helps!
