Don't have access to weights today. I have a question though. I constantly see "ab blast" referenced. Could someone tell me what that is so I can start partaking??

38:59 - felt like piss today

subbed the dumbbell snatches with kettlebell swings. i watched the videos but dont feel comfortable enough to do them in a workout yet

10 Deadlift (135lbs)
20 Box jumps (25" box)
30 Dumbbell Snatch (26.4lbs / 15 each arm)
Run 400 meters
Total Time 34:03

You fellas putting this down in the 21 minute range are killing me. Very impressed. I'd be curious to see how somone doing the WODS from this site would stack up in the Crossfit games. These times are crazy. I like it
