What's up with these ladies lately? They're nothing but a bunch of B*****! Granted, they are all a bit sexy, but they're just plain old nasty.

Was gonna skip the WOD today [wanted to prep for the PFT in two weeks] but when I saw it was Chelsea I was thrilled.

Completed 26 rounds.

Counting down backwards, I took breaks [1 minute off] after 21 min, 15 min, 10 min and 6 min mark.

Started off with deadhang pull-ups, but got much wiser around round 4. Slowed me down a lot. Also, my legs are shot. I think I'm not used to my bike yet and after that run [still getting used to running again] my squats, usually a strong point, were SLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!

Pull-ups are way better though.

OO-RAH.

Any one ever have this intense desire to listen to Tchaikovsky after the WODs? Anyone......uh, me neither. Beethoven?? NO?? I've said too much,.

A good workout but I think that even if you are not hitting the exercises every minute it is best just to plough on regardless.
A minor point;I have a slight cold and do not want it to develop should I rest totally or just scale back?
Thanks.

Rest a bit. Your body will reward you.

Completed all 30 rounds almost as rx'd. I felt form was sloppy today. This work out really was a heart rate lifter, I was sweating bullets after I was done, and I sat for a good 5 minutes as well.

I had no intervals left in me so I bagged the second portion.

I think I will have a few barley pops instead.

Did all 30 rounds as rx'd. Not too bad. I was sweating bullets and tired by the end, but by no means at my limits like I thought I would be. All rounds done in <40 seconds, so I had a good 20-25 seconds rest each time before the next round started. I was more tired when I stopped than while I was going.

Any other SC guys out there?

As rx'd: 30 rounds. Strict form.

40 minute swim in pristine Lake Michigan after... I will probably wake up with some sweet rash from a previously undiscovered bacteria that is lurking in the bay.

Still nursing my foot, so I did 500m freestyle swim this morning, untimed, and another 100m of legs only swimming.

Then later in the day I made up a WOD...

Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
10 KtE
10 Ring Dips

11 Rounds + 10 KtE
Had the full temp cast on my right foot, weighing 7#. My hands are crushed from all the pull-ups the last two days, and the 120 KtE really pissed them off. This is a pretty tough WOD. I could have pushed a bit harder I feel, but I was nervous about having another awkward landing. I can't wait to do squats again!

Did 30 rounds, scaled

1 pullup
5 pushups
10 squats

for a total of 30 pullups, 150 pushups and 300 squats.

Each round took about 35 seconds, so I had a little rest. First time I did pullups since feeling a pop in my shoulder before the 4th of July. No problems today, so I guess the rest and ice worked.

Go 272! Hoo-Yah!

All 31 rounds as rx'd

Haven't hit crossfit in a while and been slackin off drinking too much, but I'm surprised I still felt like I had some energy left after this one...better go for a run.

22 rounds as rx'd. I was actually pleased with this as this was the 7th day without a break and I've been smoking it pretty hard, at least for me. It was a fun workout to boot.

Ran the afternoon intervals as rx'd. Didn't do the Friday or today's WOD as work has conflicted with my gym access. I'm going to do a warning order workout when I get home and a slow burn run instead of the ruck.

Internet troubles have also kept me from posting until now.
