Did all of the runs on the TM so bumped up the distance to 400m for each segment since it takes a few ticks to get up to speed. Everything else as rx'd: 62:28.

Never have I enjoyed the time it takes to get from the squat rack to the TM more than when doing this WOD...

as rx'd 22:34 (subbed the 100.200.300m sprints for laps around a football field)
(used 35lb db for squats and kb swings)
this was the workout administered to me this morning via my sports complex, i do agility and speed work at a class at 9am then an ex-SEAL runs a lunch club class for 45min and this was his first exercise. awesome!

yeah, i really looked hard at everyone's times and i definitely remember the class starts at 11 and i was dragging tail getting water at 11:23

we then proceeded to squat thrust and mountain climb (chase rabbits) down a football field. bear crawling the 5 yds in between.

24 mins...
For some reason whenever kb swings/db swings done in high reps, plus running my lower back gets smoked!
also, i have starts of elbow tendinints, so i might be taking it easy on pulling things which is really, really unfortunate.

i was told by my rugby coach (AD Navy), that the muscle in your lower back is referred to as the ITB muscle in the navy due to its ability to cause even the strongest of warriors to quit. ITB , he said, stands for I-tried-BUD/s.

I didn't time myself since I combined the runs for each set. I completed the event however and felt the consequences.

Finished in a little over 30 minutes. I incresed the runs to compensate for the treadmill attaining speed. Lost a lot of time when the treadmill would reset. Great workout.
