I have none of the stuff [almost] for FGB so I did a wod from like a month ago.
3x10 pull-ups, then weighted ladder. I got up to 40 lbs. I was stuffing dumbbells in my bag and it couldn't hold any more weight. But I got to admit, it would have been slow going at 50 and no-going after that.
Didn't time it.

Yeah I know.. you need so much stuff.
2 dynamax balls, 10 ft target
rower
75# barbell
20" box
trashcan for vomit
Good GOD this WOD is brutal. Done as rx'd.. I never keep score on FGB, just try to beat my last round's numbers/calories. 500-something? I'll have to drop by an affiliate on FGB night sometime :)

Didn't have Wall Ball so mimicked the movement w/ a 25lb plate... Didn't have to wait for the "ball" to go up an come down so... I'm sure my substitution is much faster than Wall Ball (= more reps).
1. 144
2. 125
3. 122
4. 129
5. 130
I don't think I was eating enough. I have bumped up the calories this week and have had some great workouts. Hopefully this continues.
No time today to do FGB as I'm heading out for a little R&R until next week. I wish I had time though, great WOD.
Keep up the hard work, Ill catch up with you guys later

It actually kind of sucks. My apartment complex has a gym that's just good enough for it to seem stupid to pay for a gym and the gas to get there. It's also just p*ssy enough to make me want to do it.
1 Barbell, Dumbbells up to 50lbs, 1 Pullup bar on the squat rack. 2 treadmills. I'm gonna buy plates and leave them there till I move, but wall balls are a no go because the building's stucco and there's no place to throw it at.
Yeah....I didn't count either. I always did the WODs a day late cause of the time difference, so I would just take the best score and do it for time.

As rx'd - luckily, I do have enough equipment. We set it all up at the place I work. Our wall ball is done with a 20lb coreball that has 2 handles on it, so it bounces funny off the wall, and it's a pain to catch sometimes, but oh well.
Round 1 - 135
Round 2 - 116
Round 3 - 101
Round 4 - 100
Round 5 - 100
Total - 552
Last Time I did FGB - 500. That's my best improvement of a workout yet. I remember the workout last time as the closest I've ever come to puking in a workout. Not anymore...this time was much closer. I had the waters starting in round 2.
Da-Runner's scores:
Round 1 - 90
Round 2 - 94
Round 3 - 84
Round 4 - 78
Round 5 - 85
Total - 431
Ran / walk intervals for 3 miles total. Runs were .1-.2 miles each with a .1 recovery. Runs @ 6:30 pace or less

Hmm.. I think I might have regressed. I'll look back and check. Nope unfu*****believable, I improved by 1 stinking point. Arrrrrr *@Z%^#$$$#@@
Joe and I discussed something wise about this type of exercise I thought might be beneficial to share.
Set up a strategy of minimum reps per exercise. i know duh hay, but , it is nature to try and hit it hard.
so say you can do 30 wall balls in the beginning, but end on the row at 15, try to maintain 20-22 reps per exercise as a mental baseline.
Best regards,
My pathetic results says I'll be punishing my self with todays workout tomorrow.

Subbed 95 lb thrusters for wall ball, subbed 95 lbs for the 75 lb SDHP & PP and for the final sub I did pull-ups instead of rows.
Thrusters: 27, 20, 15, 16, 15
SDHP: 15, 10, 10, 10, 10
Box Jump: 35, 35, 33, 22, 35
PP: 19, 20, 15, 15, 15
Pull-ups: 15, 20, 15, 10, 12
Totals: 111, 105, 85, 73, 87 = 471
The 4th round I was dying, those 95 lb thrusters, SDHP's and PP's really caught up with me.
