Got press up to 135 kept going got everything else to 155 until I felt like I was about to break and didnt want to push it. 8 min.
I didn't time today
Finished up to 185 but had to take some rest stops in order to complete @ 185. I couldn't even complete one rep at 205.

As rx'd to 155
Then did my Workout Generator WOD:
Sit ups: 4 sets of 33
2 sets of 49
4 sets of 33
Pull ups:4 sets of 9
2 sets of 17
4 sets of 9
Run: 1200 in 4:46
2400 in 10:35
4800 in 22:45
Swim: 40 mins CSS practice

As rxed to 115. Yeah.....I know. Did the push presses and jerks at 135. Push presses at 155. Felt major pain in my wrists so I didn't shoot for the jerks.
time: less than 15 minutes. I wasn't going fast because of my wrists.
then did max sets shoulder press [dumbbells]
40lb -- 15
45lb -- 12
50lb -- 12
Major headache, no second WOD

as rx'd to 155(with the jerk)
pushed a little too hard at one point and felt a pop in my elbow. its been bugging me since, hopefully wont affect the beatdown tomorrow!
150 FKs- ~3 mins
Swims then a run with my dogs(thats a workout in itself ;D) then another swim

Did as rx'ed through 115
135 with push press and jerk
155 with jerk
Front Squat: 5 reps at 135, 155, 185, 205... 3 at 225
Back Squat: 185X15 (a little more than body weight)
For some reason on this one cant get to that 185, and its frustrating
