Had to switch the row portion with sdhp, I did 1 for every 10 meters using 45 pounds of weight.
Time was 10:00

WOD wasn't posted before I went to the gym, so I did Angie.
100 pull-ups
100 squats
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
This was the first time I've tried the butterfly kip, I like it. Time- 22:13

Did Angie as well, went to the gym early today
PR'd on the WOD by over 3 minutes!!
Time was 10:13, as Rx'd!
Pull-ups-normal standard
Push-ups-chest to deck
Sit-ups anchored, all the way up
Squats- below parallel, obviously

Rows were on the clear, other side of gym. Lost some time shufflin' back and forth... But what are you going to do?
Plugged my PST scores into the workout generator yesterday. Starting the program today...

Subbed 45 lb sdhp's for rows and did 1 for every 10 m. 225lb deadlifts per WOD. Time=7:45.
Then did 50 dead hang pull ups untimed.

as rx'd - 10:36 - paced myself for the finish, felt like I had more to give at the end. I probably could have gotten closer to 10.
50 pullups - didn't time
Went to swim, but one small clasp of thunder in the distance shut the pool down for 30 minutes, and I didn't feel like waiting. Rode on the (yawn) stationary bike. 8 miles in 18 minutes.

WOD as rx'd 16:26. grumble grumble fit fat guy is getting pissed with finishing last.
50 pull ups
same clap of thunder.
stupid stationary bike took me 15 minutes to get going. 6.5 miles as a result of my disinterest for the 1st 15 minutes.

well im back! man that last week was rough, the first i had access to a kickass gym in atl, the concourse, but the second week was an orgy of drinking partying and drinking(notice no working out) made today a little bit rougher than it should have been.
as rx'd- 9:26
an improvement from last time, but itd be better without last week ;P

This one is my "goat" -- if it only had some HSPU it would be worse.

rower was broken so I did

400m run
15:06. Next time I'll try this with sdhp's.

Untimed, but turned this workout into a reverse pyramid. I only had sandles so everything was done barefoot (got reprimanded by the gym staff after).
All DL's were unbroken until I got to my second set of 8. After that, I dropped the weight to 135 and did 2 sets of 21 reps with a 500m row in between to finish things up. Then worked on KTE's and various ab excercises. My back was screaming the next day.
