I seriously dislike the fact that these aren't posted before our squad p.t. begins. Had to do Fight Gone Bad this morning... pathetic 279 (subbed rowing for burpees as we don't have any rowers and the civilians look at me with that stupid expression when i request that they order those and heavier kettlebells). I go on block leave this afternoon and will do todays WOD when I get in; I'm gonna sucker my dad into going through it with me so we need a time to beat, c'mon guys.

Ran on TM. First mile 7:30, second mile started at 7:30 and bumped up the speed every qtr mile which put me at level 10 for the last qtr.
Will do ab blast and a 3 mile run later today

Is the ab blast a series of exercises or does it describe the exercise listed below it?

Do we have to 50 thrusters and then 100 push ups, or can we split it into sets like 10 thrusters and 20 push ups repeated five times?

Started with a 6:30 mile and then fell off the wagon after that. Second mile was horrible and I struggled with the pushups for some reason. Bad day! Can't wait for tomorrow!

Subbed 50lb for 45lb thrusters, but everything else as Rx'd.
Time = 21:15 minutes.
I was shooting for 20 minutes, but couldn't quite pull it off.

Looks like your a Virtual Coach subscriber... I would imagine you have access to the afternoon WOD? That's where I picked up today's ab blast.
Today's blast - 100 KTE
As rx'd: 6:54
Last couple sets were more like "knees to chin" & "knees to chest."

I guess I could use some clarification here too, but I've been doing it angie style... complete one before moving on.

I go Angie style unless I see flexibility in the prescribed workout or I just can't do it.
Scaling is up to you.
As Rx'd 32:05 and I was suffering.
Had problems with the KtE so I did superset them with jumping rope. Joe's idea, I think the f*cker was making up for being slack yesterday and he plain chewed me up and spit me out the tailpipe. :D
sets of 15KtE with 100 jump rope. 16:05
 :D

morning part as rx'd took me 34:45 in lovely Tennessee 90 degree heat with crazy humidity
afternoon ab part as rx'd in 4:18
was especially glad to see the situp portion today, because after the first 10 situps my grinder reminder ripped right open so both scabs get to start all over again, hooyah.

As rx'd - 26:22; I was sluggish on he pushups. Ran on the treadmill, but only at 7:30 pace. I didn't push it too hard there.
4 Rounds
25 KTE
100 Jump Rope
Time - 11:13 - I kept having a hard time getting started on the jump rope. I guess fatigue. I added the jump rope so I could get some extra cardio. Plus, I can't do 100 KTE without a break. I hate to just sit there and wait.
The crossfitendurance workout today was Tibata style - 8rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Finished on the bike with that. Lost track, and did 10 instead. I figure, since we ran already, I wouldn't do the run. We had no pool, so I jumped rope. I had to make up for my slack yesterday. I was in a funk.
Today was a good one
I ran the first mile in 5:52 on a TM, 1% incline,a new personal best :D . 2nd mile in 7:10.
I was able to do the thrusters without stopping and split the push up into sets of 50. That saved a lot of time. The KB swings took the longest again. Man did they ever suck.
Total time : 24:35

Hey fellas.
Subbed 2 mile bike for the 1 mile runs, turned out to be ~7:40 apiece.
t=29:21
Doing push ups after thrusters is brutal. In an awesome way. Really feel those in the shoulders. Tried to focus on doing good push ups too.

Those pushup are tougher after the thrusters but they gave a good pump. It probably didn't help that I did a full schedule II warning order PT workout the day before either.

Well I fell like a slug with all these high 20 numbers being posted. I workout out of my garage and its a bit warm here in Lewisville, TX (101 at my house) so i'm going to blame it on that.......
Time - 34:17
Fist mile was 6:20
Thrusters: 25 and 25
Pushups blew a big one
Second mile: **** me it was HORRIBLE (I hate leg work then running!)
KB swings(53#)- didn't mind those as I am getting good at those
Situps: got an Ab mat not too long ago and for those that don't know, situps hurt on it.
Maybe squats will be my redemption today! Great times guys!

24:07 (mile runs included those lovely hills)
Well, at least I still beat rstork! ;) Just kidding brother, nice time! My hats off to parishke! I was cranking towards a sub 20 min time, or at least to best parishke ;) - 1st mile was 6:22, unbroken thrusters, pushups were 75 then 25 and I was starting my second mile around 9:45. Then, with about a third of a mile to go as I was just starting my final hill climb a nagging pain in my right foot I've had for about a week became a sharp pain that caused my ankle to give under weight. I was forced to hobble the remaining 1/3 of a mile at a brisk walk pace. I'm going to check the running forum to see if there are any posts about pain on the top of the foot (center of foot about 1/2" towards ankle above the ball of the foot - when on my toes the pain is worst). I started the KB swings at around 21 mins, knocked those unbroken along with the sit-ups in 50/25/25.
